Please be patient, as we have had an extraordinarily high volume of inquiries. Do not be discouraged by your position on the Waiting List, as everyone is looking for something different, so you will move up our list much quicker than expected. We price our puppies based on quality, beauty and size. We are not only competitively priced, we put value into all of the time and overall investment we put into our bloodlines, producing well socialized, healthy and happy babies, with Top Quality conditions and care. If you are able to afford the puppy, dog supplies, monthly grooming and vet bills on top of the purchase price, fabulous. Our puppies range from 3,500-6,500. This is a serious investment of time, love and a financial commitment. Always consider if you are comfortable with and ready for all the above. Repeat buyers receive a discount and we offer financing to repeat buyers as well! Please inquire for details. :-)
We price and accept deposits when our puppies are 4-6 weeks old, and sometimes older. We want to see our babies walking, eating, weaning, and behaving normally before we are comfortable accepting a deposit. At that age range, we have more clarity about their looks and tracking size range as well. We require half down of the list price, once you have chosen your baby. The deposit is fully refundable if anything unforeseen occurs, on our end or in your life, which could make it difficult or impossible for you or us to continue with the adoption process. The deposit can also be applied towards a future litter, if the buyer chooses to do so. Breeder has first pick of every litter. We are consistently aiming to improve upon our quality and to outdo ourselves, to bring our adopters the "Best of the Shih Tzu Breed Possible"!
